発送について教えてください。

折りたためる商品については、基本ネコポス便にて発送いたします。 ネコポス便に入りきらない商品に関しましては、ヤマト普通便にて発送いたします。 月曜日と木曜日の2日で発送をしております。 木曜日~日曜日までのご注文を月曜日に発送、 月曜日~水曜日までのご注文を木曜日に発送致します。

販売期間について

イベント出店の際には、在庫管理が同じなため一時的にSOLD OUTとさせて頂く場合が御座います。 イベント終了後、再度販売開始になる場合があります。

返品に関して

商品が不良品・ご注文の品物に相違がある場合、商品お届け日から5日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。 商品到着後、商品の状態を確認させて頂いた上で、代替品の送付または返金を行います。 商品の返品をされる際は必ず事前にご連絡ください。事前連絡のない返品はお受けできません。 商品の不良、配送商品の相違を除く、お客様ご都合による返品はお断りさせて頂きます。 ご注文完了後未発送の商品についても在庫の混乱を招くため返品は固くお断りしております。 サイズ・カラーをよくお確かめの上、購入ください。

Regarding overseas shipping

We can ship to these 3 countries. ・Republic of Korea ・Taiwan ・Hong Kong We will cancel the order if we receive the other countries ordering. I appreciate your understanding. *The shipping is only Yamato transport. *Product prices include Japanese consumption tax. It is adjusted with shipping fee. *The shipping fee is determined by the products.

Regarding overseas shipping

We will ship within 3 business days after confirming the order. We will not be able to ship on Saturday, Sunday, National holiday, Year-end New Year holidays and summer vacation. Please pay attention when you purchase. *You can not choose the delivery date / time.

Notes about overseas shipping

All shipping are tariff deferred payment. When you receive products, please pay tariff. Please pay tax and/or custom fee in accordance with the low in countries which you receive as customers have a responsibility for the tariff . The amount of tax is calculated and charged based on product price and shipping fee on the invoice . The way of calculation can differ by the country. For more details, please contact your local custom office.

*Each product price and shipping fee are on the invoice respectively. Individual customs clearance may be required depending on the destination country, then you may need to submit a copy of your ID to a carrier.

You have to pay extra shipping fee when you make an additional order after finishing the order.We will not be able to cancel only shipping fee when we receive several orders from same purchaser due to our system. And we will not be able to put packing several orders together.

Notes about return or change in overseas shipping

Returns or Exchanges may be done within 5 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging.We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication.Upon inspection and approval, Exchange and refund will be provided.We do not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange (ex. shipping, tariff, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customer’s personal preferences.

We will not be able to accept return undispatched product which is already completed the order in order to avoid confusion of our stock. Please purchase after checking size and color.
